Virtually Eliminate Testing
You’ll test once when you connect with the Link2One hub, then all additional connections are tested automatically. We handle SIM card management as well for 2 GPRS/3G and one prepaid CAMEL. IREG, TADIG, maintenance and upgrade testing is done within the hub. SIM and IMSI remain unique and unchanged.
Simplify Clearing and Settlement
With our data clearing services, the exchange of data is done in a secure and timely manner. All data is validated and then converted to and from any known TAP format defined by you. Clients simply send raw CDRs and we’ll manage all of the tasks involved in the roaming process. We also support the creation of TAP files from raw CDRs and the sending of scheduling transmissions to roaming partners.
Link2One also provides you with a single financial clearing and settlement pool with integrated payments. A powerful web interface allows you to monitor your financial settlement, invoices, debt process and positions in real-time. Our automated reconciliation ensures that you settle as quickly and accurately as possible. By simplifying your payment process, we reduce your administrative costs.

By October the number of operators in the hub will increase to 15, and by December we expect to have approximately 40 networks live on the platform. Our projection for December 2009 is to have 180 networks live. When you join Link2One, you can connect immediately to new operators worldwide or move existing traffic (for example to enhance 3G coverage).

Link2One charges a one-time connection fee. There is also a fixed monthly fee and a service charge based on the level of roaming traffic coming through the hub. This charge is not connected in any way with the IOT charged by the visited network.

Connect with Confidence
In July 2008 Link2One conducted a trial of its open connectivity service with 40 potential clients. They agreed to open their networks to real roamers for a period of two weeks. During this period their customers made calls on participating networks. In addition, Link2One ran a schedule of IREG and TADIG tests to ensure that connectivity and billing could take place. No hub issues were encountered, and the few problems that were identified took place within local networks. The hub concept was proven – all networks were able to exchange data. After the trial, we successfully conducted one additional test, and now these networks are in the process of being connected to the Link2One service.
